We have developed clean – no shells and extra particles – walnuts that are ready to be used as an ingredient for chocolates with the many years of development for this industry. The products we offer are mainly hacked walnuts 2-4 mm, hacked fried walnuts 2-4 mm, hacked caramelized walnuts 2-4 mm with low sugar content (5-10%), Deluxe grounded walnuts and also walnuts in shell.
Based on the client’s requirements, walnuts can also be delivered in certified organic quality.
Hacked walnuts 2-4 mm
They are made from cleaned dried light walnut kernels. Then they are immediately packed into packages without the access of oxygen to remain the best taste and quality for at least 6 months.
Hacked fried walnuts 2-4 mm
They are made from cleaned dried light walnut kernels that are then chopped and fried. After frying they are sorted through one more time to separate extra particles from fried kernels. Then they are immediately packed into packages without the access of oxygen to remain the best taste and quality for at least 6 months.
Hacked caramelized walnuts 2-4 mm
Fried and caramelized at the same time, with low sugar content (5-10%) and with humidity max 1%.
Deluxe grounded walnuts
Deluxe grounded walnuts are made by the callibration process of 2-4 mm walnuts, then the walnut skin is removed to lower the bitterness of the product. They are immediately packed into packages without the access of oxygen to remain the best taste and quality for at least 6 months.
Walnuts in shell
Properly cleaned and washed walnuts in shell calibrated to diameter size 30-32; 32-34; 34+ mm. They are packed into big-bags or 10kg bags.
